Yes. The Citizen tier is free with no time limit. You pay only when you file an ODR dispute or use eSign / stamp-paper contracts (per-transaction via Leegality — ₹99-499 per ODR filing, ₹15-20 per Aadhaar eSign, ₹100/₹500 e-stamp paper at face value plus a small Leegality service fee).
What does "zero-hallucination" actually mean?
Stanford found commercial legal AI hallucinates on 17-33% of queries. Our architecture guarantees legal text comes from verified datasets or NULL — never AI-generated. Every citation is graded and verified against our corpus before surfacing.
Is LawByHeart BCI Rule 36 compliant?
Yes. We do not run a lawyer marketplace, do not advertise individual lawyers, and do not enable client solicitation. The Citizen tier does not connect citizens to lawyers for money — it teaches rights and enables self-filing.
